Streamer Program

1. Mandatory Attribution Requirements

You are required to provide proper and prominent attribution when featuring, showcasing, reviewing, or otherwise using Gate City Shadows products in any content you create, publish, or distribute across any platform or medium. This requirement applies to all content, including but not limited to live streams, pre-recorded videos, written reviews, social media posts, tutorials, and any other form of content creation.

Attribution must be clearly visible and easily accessible, and must include:

• The full name “Gate City Shadows” and/or “Gate City Shadows, LLC” in a prominent and readable manner
• A direct link to gatecityshadows.net in video descriptions, social media posts, and wherever technically feasible
• Clear and unambiguous indication that you are using, featuring, or reviewing Gate City Shadows products
• Attribution must appear in video descriptions, stream information panels, and be verbally acknowledged during live streams or video content when featuring the products

Failure to provide proper attribution as required above constitutes a breach of these Creator Terms and may result in immediate termination of your Gold tier membership and access to Gate City Shadows products.

2. Content Use Rights & License Grant

By submitting this application and accepting these Creator Terms, you hereby grant Gate City Shadows, LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the following:

• Your channel name, brand name, handle(s), username(s), and any associated branding
• Screenshots, video clips, excerpts, still images, and any audiovisual content from your content that features or references Gate City Shadows products
• Any quotes, testimonials, or statements you make about Gate City Shadows products
• Your name, likeness, and biographical information as a content creator

This license grant extends to all current and future media formats, platforms, and distribution channels, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, promotional content, advertisements, press releases, product packaging, and any other marketing or promotional uses that Gate City Shadows, LLC deems appropriate. Gate City Shadows, LLC may use such materials for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without further compensation or notice to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license for all content you create that features Gate City Shadows products.

3. Product Representation & Accuracy

You agree to represent Gate City Shadows products accurately, truthfully, and in accordance with their actual features, capabilities, and intended use. While honest feedback, constructive criticism, and genuine reviews are permitted and encouraged, you must not:

• Misrepresent product features, capabilities, or functionality
• Create false or misleading impressions about Gate City Shadows products
• Make claims about products that you know or reasonably should know are false
• Use Gate City Shadows products in a manner that could reasonably cause harm to the reputation of Gate City Shadows, LLC or its products

You acknowledge that inaccurate, false, or misleading representations may cause harm to Gate City Shadows, LLC and may result in immediate termination of your membership and potential legal action.

4. Program Duration & Membership Terms

Approved applicants receive one (1) free month of Gold tier membership commencing upon approval. This free month includes full access to all Gold tier benefits as described on the Gate City Shadows website at the time of approval. After the initial free month, your Gold tier membership will automatically convert to a standard paid subscription at the then-current Gold tier rate, unless you explicitly cancel your membership before the end of the free month period.

Gate City Shadows, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion without explanation. Approval is not guaranteed, and submission of this application does not create any obligation on the part of Gate City Shadows, LLC to provide access to its products or services.

Gate City Shadows, LLC further reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to products at any time, with or without cause, if you breach these Creator Terms or engage in conduct that Gate City Shadows, LLC deems harmful to its reputation, products, or business interests.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Nothing in these Creator Terms grants you any rights, title, or interest in Gate City Shadows products, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Gate City Shadows, LLC. You may not use Gate City Shadows trademarks, logos, or brand names except as expressly authorized for attribution purposes as described in Section 1 above.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gate City Shadows, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of Gate City Shadows products, your content featuring such products, or any breach of these Creator Terms.

7. Legal Acknowledgement & Binding Agreement

By checking the agreement checkbox and submitting this application, you acknowledge, represent, and warrant that:

• You have read these Creator Terms in their entirety
• You fully understand all terms, conditions, obligations, and restrictions contained herein
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement
• You agree to be legally bound by these Creator Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of Gate City Shadows products
• All information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge

These Creator Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gate City Shadows, LLC. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not submit this application or use Gate City Shadows products under this program.

8. Modification of Terms

Gate City Shadows, LLC reserves the right to modify these Creator Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through your account. Your continued use of Gate City Shadows products after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to modified terms, you must discontinue use and cancel your membership.

9. Additional Legal Documents

These Creator Terms are in addition to, and do not replace or supersede, Gate City Shadows’ standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy. By using Gate City Shadows products, you also agree to be bound by:
